In 2019, Loretta took on the challenge of entering a Body Makeover Challenge – and won.
While she has always been active, she only started taking her training seriously four years ago.
Hitting the gym has been primarily to improve her mental and physical health, but she has found a love for challenging her body.
In winning a competition, she has opened a door to finding herself and the love for motivating those around her.
“It’s not only to look good but also to feel good.” Loretta wants educate people about the benefits associated with finding a happy space within their body.
Being physically active helps to mentally take on the day. It works hand-in-hand. There are so many great benefits.
When asked who inspires her, her answer is the well-known @letshego.zulu and the Women’s Active Lifestyle Tribe, @dirtaddictsa
We definitely need many more empowered women to lead the way and we look forward to seeing how her journey positively impacts the industry.
