We all understand that keeping active is important.

Not only for physical health, but for mental health as well.
The hardest part, however, is staying motivated and keeping safe while training.

Started by a group of friends, Dirt Addict has grown into a space that enthusiastically encourages women to live more active lifestyles.

Focused mostly around cycling and running, the socially active group look to inspire each other regularly by providing a platform where women can suggest rides and runs (whenever they are available).

Currently based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, the hope is to expand throughout South Africa, where all levels of fitness are invited to join.

Whether dusting off the bike for the first time, racing for PB’s, getting off the couch or sprinting the hills, Dirt Addict looks to connect like-minded women.
